• Strictly no backouts - if you want to back out you need to find someone to take your place.
• Split GO's are first come first serve principle. If you are tagged in the post you get the item. Pls understand that we can't open more Sets just because one or two people want a specific Member.
• We will create a group chat once we have everything sorted and inform you about payment details, updates etc.
• We will NOT allow any PC preferance changes once you filled out the sorting form just because you bought the album again at a different place or time.
• We send every item to our Korean / US / JP Warehouse first - so sometimes shipping takes a while. Pls only join if you're fine with waiting.
• We are not rich and not a bank. If you don't have the money to pay, you can talk to us, but don't try to fool us over and over again.
• As soon as you've paid your claimed item, you accept our GO rules.
• If you join any GO but back out or don't pay without any further notice we will ban you from joining any other GO in future.
• As soon as you've paid the shipping costs, we try to send out everything asap. We would also like to point out that pick up from us is not possible.
• You can keep yourself updated by looking at the GO status and the GO Masterlist.
• If you fail to pick up your package at your end and it's returned to ours, we are not responsible for the costs of the return shipment. For a new delivery attempt you must pay the costs incured by the returning package as well as the new shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for lost/damaged mail. As soon as we send out your item, it's not longer in our hands.
